1. Reservations
A few days after we have received your reservations form (by email, post, telephone or fax), an invoice for the total price of your Grand Pre Holiday vacation will be sent to you. Confirmation of your reservation occurs after the deposit has been received.

2. Rental period
The rental period is a minimum of 1 week and starts on the first Saturday at 16.00 and ends the last Saturday at 10.00. Nightly accommodation is offered in the period from September 1st thru May 16th, (minimum 2 nights).

3. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total price of your Grand Pre Holiday rental is required and must be received 10 days upon receipt of the invoice. The balance of the rental price is due in full 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. For a reservation made 4 weeks weeks prior to the start of the rental period the total cost of the reservation is due in full immdeiately after receipt of the invoice. In all cases the total rental cost of your Grand Pre Holiday rental is due in full prior to the start of the rental period.

4. Security deposit
The security deposit of € 250 per accommodation will be required in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period as long as no damage has been made to an accomodation or its content.

5. Energie
All prices include water and electricity. Additional costs of fireplace wood may apply.

6. Cancellation
Cancellations are only acceptable if received in writing from the person who originally signed the reservation form.

We advise our clients to take full travel, cancellation and personal insurance.

7. Cleaning
Tenants are required to leave the holiday property fully cleaned, and if this is not done, we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning charge of € 35, from the security deposit. We do offer a final cleaning service: € 35, per accommodation.

8. Linnen
Bed linnen: € 10 p.p. or provide your own; towels: € 5 p.p. or provide your own. Please note that towels supplied are not pool towels. Any spoilage to the linnen caused by misuse or reactions from cosmetic products will have to be paid for and will be deducted from the security deposit. Where linnen is provided it is not generally charged during the duration of the holiday.

9. Pets
Pets are not allowed.

10. Maximum number of persons
The accomodation, services and facilities of the property let are solely for the use of those named on the reservation form. The maximun sleeping capacity, including infants cannot be exceeded. Any exceptions must be made with permission of the owner. When visitors are expected, prior notification must be given to the owner.

11. Liabilty
We will make every effort to satisfy our clients requirements but the right is reserved to cancel, alter or withdraw any holiday arrangements where circumstances make it necessary. Tenants are fully responsible for any damage and/or losses to the property and belongings and must undertake to inform ourselves of any damage to an accomodation or its content during their occupation and to pay for any damage or missing items. Grand Pre is not responsible for any damage or discomfort in whatever form and by whatever cause that might occur to the property and belongings of the renter or any other persons occupying the rented accommodation during their stay. Grand Pre is also not responsible for any damage or discomfort in whatever form and by whatever cause that might occur in and around the swimming pool or by the playground equipment such as swings and trampoline. If during the course of the holiday the client has any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction he should contact the owner without delay. Grand Pre can not be held liable for inconveniences caused by changing circumstances beyond its control.
